in Material Machining

The many years of experience as well as the state-of-the-art machinery allows us to manufacture any kind of very challenging parts.

Also materials which are known as hard to machine can be brought into shape by our experienced employees.

For tool manufacturing we use all kind of tool and mould construction steels (e.g. 1.2343ESU, 1.2379, 1.2738, 1.4112, 1.2311, 1.2312, 1.2085, 1.2083), high tenacity aluminium and AMPCO®.

Furthermore we have comprehensive experience in machining titan Ti6Al4V according to aerospace standards. This material is used to manufacture the most elaborate high precision parts for Formula 1 cars. We are counting 4 teams of the current starting grid to our customer base.
